Terms of service

The service

ZEEFAR is software for trading desks in the aviation aftermarket: it reads the enquiries and supplier quotes forwarded to it, matches parts against stock and suppliers, and helps prepare quotes, orders and the paperwork around them.

It assists the people on the desk. Prices, quotes and orders are the desk's own decisions; check what the AI reads before relying on it.

Accounts and workspaces

An organization has one or more workspaces; each person signs in with their own account and is invited to the workspaces they work in. The organization's owner and admins decide who is invited and what each person may do.

Keep sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

Your data

What your desk brings in — mail, files, parts, prices, customers, suppliers — remains yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy policy describes, and never to train AI models shared with others.

You may export your data at any time from the app, and ask for it to be deleted when you leave.

Plans, AI reads and overage

Each plan includes a number of AI reads a month. When they are used, new mail is kept and held until the allowance is raised or overage is turned on; overage, where the plan offers it, is counted per read until turned off.

Acceptable use

Do not use ZEEFAR to send unsolicited mail, to break export-control or sanctions law, or to process data you have no right to. Do not try to reach another organization's data or to disrupt the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and announce planned maintenance in the app beforehand. Features may change; we tell you in the app before a change that affects how your desk works.

Ending

You can stop at any time. We may suspend an organization that breaks these terms, after telling its owner why where we can.

Liability

The service is provided with care but without a guarantee that it is free of error. To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
